Thanks for your comment. I'm afraid we're not in a position to answer questions related to what other brands use. This ST19, a Chinese made mechanical chronograph movement with 2 registers (small seconds at 9H and 30 min counter at 3H), is a popular, nice movement. It's no wonder if other brands use it.
