FAQ

Do you have questions? Below are some frequently asked questions you may be interested in. If you have other questions, please feel free to ask. You may contact us via our contact form below.
> Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, we do. We’re not a retailer selling watches piece by piece. We are a mass producer. Based on industry standard, under normal specification, MOQ (minimum order quantity) is 300 pcs per design. With that 300 pcs, you can have 3 different dial designs (.e.g. in different colors or designs) and 3 different case finishes (e.g. standard vertical or horizontal brush, sunburst brush, beadblasted, PVD black). Therefore, you have 3 dial designs and 3 case finishes to offer your customers. Due to the various molds created for each design, the basic case design must be all same throughout 300 pcs, unless otherwise agreed.

Despite the above said, we are flexible people. Order quantity can be adjusted to meet individual specific needs, upon request. This “customized solution” is given on individual basis, but do understand and expect that unit cost of production may be higher than normal MOQ pricing, depending on overall requirements.

> Do you ship complete watches with accessories such as packaging box, warranty card, instruction manual, cleaning cloth, screw driver, … etc  ?

Yes, most of our customers do request shipping with those items, and we are quite experienced with producing such items made in different materials (real leather, PU leatherette, paper, wooden, plastic, …) and shipped with our completed watches. What we need is the right information from you such as design, materials, logo placement, dimensions, …. etc.

> How much would it cost to produce a watch ?

Unit cost of production depends on your design, movement (mechanical or quartz) used, case design, case materials, crystals (sapphire or mineral, flat crystal or domed), … etc. You should realize that the higher the specification, the higher the cost. The lower the quantity is, the higher the unit cost of production is. The sooner you give us your specification and design drawing, the sooner you will know cost per unit.

> Do you have sampling/prototyping charge if I want to just make a sample?
There is no sampling / protyping charge with a confirmed order. If you just want to make a prototype instead of an order, yes there is a sampling charge. This sampling charge will be refunded to you upon a confirmed order from you. Sampling charge depends on watch design / specification / requirement.
